SENSE AND SENSIBILITY (November 10-12 & 17-19, 2017) is a clever, faithful new adaptation of Jane Austen's much-loved romantic novel about two very different young women: Eleanor Dashwood, stoic and practical, and Marianne, her passionate, impulsive younger sister. Left nearly penniless by their father's death, it appears that their hopes of love will all be disappointed. This very funny cautionary tale about the dangers of indiscretion features five actors and actresses who play The Gossips, as well as many other colorful character roles. Rated PG for subject matter.
